Roman Reigns and The Bloodline kicked off tonight’s episode of WWE SmackDown, wanting fans to recognize not only him but The Bloodline, then handing things over to Paul Heyman, who added some key stakes to the Tag Team Titles unification match later. tonight. Welcome to the biggest night in tag team wrestling history, Heyman said. “You see what we have here on Isle of Convenience is a moment of truth. Reign Roman is the goat. You can take Bruno Samartinos. Hulk Hogans. Stone Cold Steve Austins. Dwayne the Rock Johnson. Your John Sinnas. Your Brock Lesnars,” Hyman said. They will all be stacked and pinned down by the undisputed goats, the greatest of all, the reign of Romans.”
Heyman then said, “Every night of his life, Roman Reigns defends his position as the greatest of all time, because that’s what it takes to be the chief of the tribe on the Isle of Convenience. So what does it take for the Usos to be the greatest Tag Team of all time? Ages? I say it anxiously in my voice because I’m standing in the ring with the descendants of Ava and Sica. You have to do something even more impressive than Ava and Sica, and that is to become the undisputed tag team champions.”
Heyman continued, “To do that, you have to defeat RK-Bro, that’s the best Tag Team on SmackDown against the Best Tag Team in Raw, possibly the best team in Raw history. The Usos have to decide where they are. Tonight, The Usos will come home to Tag Team Champions. The tag is undisputed or else they will never go home to the Island of Relevancy. Tonight, Usos will defeat RK-Bro. Tonight, Usos will become the greatest Tag Team ever. Tonight, Team Usos will become the undisputed world champions. And this is not just an expectation, that Ladies and gentlemen are spoilers.”
Reigns returned to the microphone and said, “Usos! Twins. You know what I want. And I expect you to deliver. The only reason I have these expectations is because I love you.” Reigns hugged them and stared into the camera, and now the pressure is on, as Usos can become the undisputed tag team champions. Or, it looks like they’ll be out of The Bloodline.
